- README: hero logo, tagline, badges, screenshots, governance-first
  framing (personal/group/team/global scoping as the USP), quickstart,
  provider notes, dev section, EDUC provenance
- docs/screenshots/: four polished captures from a clean NC 33 (bot
  discovery from a member's view, multi-bot manager with scope badges,
  create-bot modal, admin settings)
- appinfo/info.xml: richer summary/description (CDATA) + four <screenshot>
  tags for the App Store listing
- docs/: removed internal dev-analysis scratch (HARDCODED_VALUES,
  *_ANALYSIS, docker_commands_cheatsheet, BOT_APPROVAL_RIGHTS_ANALYSIS);
  fixed the docs index
