- TESTING (pyramid, coverage, fixtures/mocks, MSW policy)
- ACCESSIBILITY (landmarks, focus, live regions, motion/contrast)
- SECURITY & PRIVACY (sanitization, permission checks, CSP posture)
- USER_JOURNEYS & GLOSSARY (personas, invariants)

## Acceptance

- Docs present in `docs/`, linked from README
- Each doc has a short "How to verify" section
- See docs/QUALITY_CHARTER.md.
