Mike Hearn 1e6ce4b1ba Rename DeterministicKey.getPubOnly() to dropPrivateBytes() to reflect what it's actually trying to do, and add dropParent() as well for the cases where we actually need a truly privkey-lacking object. Update the call sites to do whatever is appropriate for those situations.
