Fixed bug making an error be thrown if user deletes a video that has no videoreference, causing it to fail.

VideoListItem.tsx has a tooltip that explains which fields are missing if the publisher of an invalid video hovers over it.

At Simon James's request, a bug has been fixed causing the description field on the video and playlist pages to go off the screen on small devices:

Number of lines before "Show More" button appears is doubled from 2 to 4
