* Enhance GPIO addon for Noctua Fans for the Qortector upcoming case. This will put PWM signal to real-time.

* Add proper offset for HD screens for pixel array

*Fixed HDMI jitter for videocore4 GPU

* Enable all radios (including Bluetooth)
