# NuQloud For Nextcloud: Current Plugin Inventory

This document is no longer an early scaffold-only roadmap. It now serves as a
launch-prep snapshot of the customer-facing plugin package and its add-ons.

## Launch posture

- `NuQloud for Nextcloud` is still pre-launch.
- The core functionality described below already exists in this repository.
- CHD-only tooling is intentionally excluded from the customer-facing plugin
  package summary.

## Core package: `qortal_integration`

Primary user-facing surfaces:

- Account dashboard at `/apps/qortal_integration/account`
- Q-Apps launcher at `/apps/qortal_integration/qapps`
- Personal settings panel for account linking, backup/import, and approvals
- Admin settings for broker, external auth, app visibility, Q-Apps behavior,
  branding, and operational controls

Current core capabilities:

- Link/import Qortal-backed identities for authenticated Nextcloud users
- Dashboard with account state, purchases, app launch surfaces, and activity
- Embedded Q-Apps/QDN browser with gateway-aware routing and mobile controls
- Q-Apps permission defaults and approval management
- Decentralized auth file backup handling
- Qortal-aware purchasing, notifications, and announcements surfaces

## User-facing add-ons

### 1) `qortal_files_bridge`

Purpose:

- Adds QDN publishing workflows directly into Nextcloud Files

Current surfaces:

- Files actions and details-sidebar integration
- Bridge status page at `/apps/qortal_files_bridge/`

Current capabilities:

- Publish file/folder to QDN
- Delete via overwrite tombstone flow
- Publish-state indicators in Files UI
- Q-Manager-compatible filesystem publishing behavior
- Descendant folder publish indicators
- Activity integration for publish/delete events

### 2) `qortal_talk_bridge`

Purpose:

- Adds Qortal/Nextcloud Talk mapping and relay tooling

Current surfaces:

- Admin page at `/apps/qortal_talk_bridge/admin`
- Personal bridge/settings surface
- Talk conversation sidebar embed

Current capabilities:

- Group/conversation mapping management
- Relay controls and diagnostics
- Moderator-scoped conversation selection
- Cron-driven Qortal -> Talk relay support
- In-context conversation sidebar controls

### 3) `custom_pwa`

Purpose:

- Provides an instance-wide branded install surface for NuQloud as a PWA

Current surfaces:

- Install page at `/apps/custom_pwa/install`
- Manifest at `/apps/custom_pwa/manifest.json`
- Service worker at `/apps/custom_pwa/sw.js`

Current capabilities:

- Branded authenticated install flow
- Instance-specific manifest handling
- Device registration and notification helper endpoints
- Admin settings for PWA-related configuration

## Not part of the customer-facing plugin package

### `chd_admin`

- Exists in this repo for CHD operational/admin use only
- Not a customer-facing plugin surface
- Should not be presented as part of the end-user NuQloud for Nextcloud offer

## Production-readiness notes

- Customer-facing docs should present:
  - `qortal_integration` as the core package
  - `qortal_files_bridge`, `qortal_talk_bridge`, `nuqloud_scrum`, and `custom_pwa` as the
    current user-facing add-ons
- Customer-facing docs should avoid presenting CHD admin tooling as an add-on
- Plugin copy should explicitly state that launch is near-term rather than
  already public
