NuQloud Master Calendar

See PLAN.md for the design, rollout, and validation plan. This app adds a read-only nuqloud-master-calendar collection to every authenticated user's CalDAV home.

The collection is disabled by default in the Nextcloud Calendar grid, so local calendars remain the editable, non-duplicated view. CalDAV clients can select only this collection to receive the unified feed.
