Refactor stupid getResultSetBytes() method & fix migrate
* Replaced occurances of "this.repository.getResultSetBytes(resultSet.getBinaryStream(index))" with "resultSet.getBytes(index)" * Replaced corresponding preparedStatement.setBinaryStream() with preparedStatement.setBytes() * Fixed migrate app so DB can be rebuilt using old v1 Qora client
