Add support for HTTPS for API

Requires entries 'sslKeystorePathname' and 'sslKeystorePassword'
in settings.json.

With SSL enabled, API will auto-detect HTTP or HTTPs on the same port.

Included tools/build-keystore.sh to help build keystore from
Let's Encrypt certificates.
