46da1d3b29 Modified auto-fix script to make both 64bit pi machines, and ubuntu 24+ machines start Qortal with a crontab entry instead of a desktop autostart entry due to issues with the icon on 24+ and need for machines to start Qortal prior to login on pi machines.

df0aa36712 Added new public node configuration file. This is for a node that is fully accessible to the public. Including removal of the need of an API key for any calls. Massively increased number of peers and threads. Need a decent machine to run these settings.

9784fc24d1 Modified the vm setup script so that it doesn't concern itself with the nic config, that should only be needed in very rare cases, and should more likely be needed on underlying hypervisor only. Keeping code for historical purposes commented out.
