Update Qortal-Setup-Linux.sh

Resolved case where Qortal directory exists, but Qortal isn't synchronized, causes script to fail after failed killall command. Removed that killall for now.

ensure that the Qortal catetory in menu is actually created if system has a desktop environment. Create both system-wide and user-only location to ensure this happens. AT start of script since sudo is required.

Created new Qortal Setup script for all linux versions, and create-icon-theme.sh for all linux versions, updated auto-fix and rebuilt-machine scripts to handle more adequate backup scenarios.
