Made changes to ensure publishing is done correctly, and also added a pause between publishes to prevent 'TOO_MANY_UNCONFIRMED' error.

This is a DEMO of 'QDN.json' metadata config file that needs to be in every subfolder with information about the videos in such subfolder. This file allows the script to run in a 'fully automated' fashion.
