Calendar and Appointments

NuQloud Calendar is for events, shared calendars, reminders, and scheduling.

NuQloud Appointments lets other people book time with you through a booking link when that feature is enabled.

Create a Calendar

  1. Open Calendar.
  2. Create a new calendar.
  3. Name it clearly, such as Work, Personal, Team, or Bookings.
  4. Choose a color.

Create an Event

  1. Click the date and time.
  2. Add a title.
  3. Set start and end time.
  4. Add location or meeting details.
  5. Add attendees if needed.
  6. Add reminders.
  7. Save.

Invite People

When you add attendees by email, NuQloud can send calendar invitations.

Attendees may receive:

  • An email invitation.
  • An .ics calendar file.
  • Update emails if the event changes.
  • Cancellation emails if the event is deleted.

Sync Calendar to Devices

Use CalDAV-compatible sync.

Android:

  1. Install DAVx5 or another CalDAV sync app.
  2. Add your NuQloud account.
  3. Select calendars.
  4. Open your preferred calendar app.

iPhone, iPad, and macOS:

  1. Add a CalDAV account in system settings.
  2. Enter your NuQloud server address and login.
  3. Enable calendars.

Create Appointment Booking Slots

If Appointments is enabled:

  1. Open Appointments.
  2. Create a new appointment configuration.
  3. Choose available days and times.
  4. Set appointment length.
  5. Add buffer time if needed.
  6. Copy the booking link.
  7. Send the link to people who should book time.

Appointment Emails

Depending on your provider configuration, booking flows may send:

  • Booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation notice.
  • Updated appointment notice.
  • Calendar invite with .ics attachment.

Tips

  • Use separate calendars for personal, team, and appointment bookings.
  • Share calendars instead of sending screenshots.
  • Set reminders for important meetings.
  • Use clear event titles.
