147dca1836 added changes to utilize a start script in the docker container, and to still use the new memory settings for that script if they are implemented. Also modified the recreation script to use these new settings.

86f4c66442 modified to pull the Q-App icons from the nextcloud proxy instead of the gateway url directly, just in case the gateway url isn't configured, this is better.
